In Final Fantasy 13, can I continue to play after killing the final boss in Eden?

I need to know as I have just teleported back to Gran Pulse just before the end but need the crystarium to level up again as I’m too weak, and wanted to know if I can play till the end and level up the crystarium and resume play?

Yes. Stage 10 of the crystalarium does not open until you defeat the last boss. Thie stage is huge, it gives you about half of your overall stats once complete.

If you want something to do in Gran pulse try some of the missions. There are a total of 64. You should aim to complete the first 30 before heading towards the end. Anything after 30 is very hard without having stage 10 opened.

    Yes. After you beat the end boss, the last level of the Crystarium opens up, and you can then go back and level / quest. In fact, their are a bunch of trophies that can only be obtained this way.
